There are some friends/readers asking me why am I not updating as often as last time. I am really sorry about it T.T My schedule is really full, all cause of my studies. Taking 5 subject, 19 credit hours in a semester is really tough for me.. Have no time for anything else le sigh BUT I can’t wait to finish my final exam! After 13 April I will be FREEEEEEEEEE !! :D

Hey girls, do you do your nail art by yourself? I like to play it around with different colour and design cause it feels really good to see my own nails are nicely painted. Mood will eventually turn better as well. But I always have a problem as I am right-handed, I cant control the brush nicely using left hand. So, it will be fun if you can get your boyfriend / good friends to help you with it. Can spend some time together and I tell you is really have lots of fun !

Last 2 weeks I did this according to the tutorial and this is the result !

A bit messy but I personally think was pretty good for the first time hehehehe

About 3 days later, Shirley came over to my place and we decided to play with nail polish again. It is always nice to have a close girl friend :3 We can exchange clothes/nail polish/girls’ stuff, shopping together, chat till late night, and and help each other to paint the nails! :D

So these 2 are the one I will be using. Both are belong to Shirley and we just want to try if the result is good cause the Gold one is newly bought. The Sasa cracked nails and Skin Food red nail polish. I am expecting some pretty good result…

But it turned out not that nice ! I love the Skin Food red colour on me as it makes me feel so fair but the gold Sasa cracked nail polish is not working well!! It doesn’t cracked nicely as you can see above. So my advice is don’t buy from there k ? Shirley bought it cause she thought Sasa’s products should be good and Sasa doesn’t have tester in the shop.

We were thinking if our technique of using it is wrong.. Anyone kind enough to tell me? I thought is just apply it like the normal nail polish then it will automatically cracked later.

Btw, this is so CNY theme right? HAHA

Been away for quite a while. Been busy. Having a tough week. Housemate throwing me out from the house on Wed of a selfish reason but I can’t do anything since I don’t have a contract with them, so I have to look for room, and I am moving into the new room tomorrow. I fell sick now, can’t even attend a test on Wednesday. I hope I can retake the test with the MC. Tomorrow morning I have another Mid Term test. Afterthat have to move house. This time really sick. My voice is so coarse now, friend even thought they called the wrong number. Room, tests, assignments, class, packing, sick.

I really thank to all of my friends who showed me care, love and offer help when I need it. Appreciate that very much. Without my friends, how am I going to live alone in KL? Love you all this much ! * open arms wide wide* :)

When I first saw the name of this lounge, I was thinking, how is it gonna be like? A cinema? A lounge? A Cine Lounge?

Was really glad to go there, and this is another great hang out spot. Totally love the ambience. Curious? Continue to read on :)

Been receiving compliments about this outfit(yes this is the one which I use for blog header) that I at first thought is pretty casual. Hehehe of course feeling very happy. Some friends asked where I got them so here am I to answer your questions.

Lets take a look at the place. I love the ambience when I first stepped in Paradiso. As the name mentioned, it is a Cinema+ Lounge=Cine Lounge . It is the first Cine Lounge in KL,located at Publika,Solaris Dutamas. You don’t want to miss this cool place. You can have your drinks and food served while you are watching movie. How awesome can it be?

Personally not a big fan of meat so… well. Haha but others look like enjoying this dish very much. The sauce is good.

The one with the peanut butter glaze is really new. I had never heard about something like that. Worth a try.

Crispy Spring Rolls filled with Spinach and Emmental Cheese with a Tomato Concase. The Tomato concase is the bomb. Love it. Think they use fresh tomato to make this so it tastes not like the normal tomato sauce.

Cheese and Beef Bacon stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. This is good.

While we are enjoying the food, special drinks, chit-chatting with friends, the short film has been constantly shown. Sometimes got live band too. I love this place as it will be a great hang out spot.

Kiss Me? KISS ME. ~ The Every Day Classic Look

Hahaha sorry it is not a kissable lips but I am going to teach you how to make your eyes kissable in this post :)

Gonna show you a simple tutorial on how to achieve a everyday classic school make up look. This can not only use when going to school, but to office, events or hang out with friends. This is the basic look and you can have lotsa changes based on this look according to your own preferences.

The most important thing in this look is the eyeliner. And here, I am going to use the Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Perfect Eyeliner which is currently my no.1 favourite eyeliner. You are asking why is it so? Oh girls, let me show you why and I guarantee you will fall in love with it.

Lets start the make up.

First, clean your face and keep hair out of your face.

I suggest you NOT to make up right after you clean your face using cleanser. This is because cleansing supposed to clear your pores. Pores are opened during cleansing and we usually use warm water to clean face right? Warn water will help open up the pores so that the cleansing lotion can clean your face thoroughly. Hence, right after you wash your face, eventhough you have rinsed it with cold water, it is better to let your face to take a break and close the pores. It is best to have an hour break in between cleansing and make up. Besides, after cleansing, you have to put toner and moisturiser.They are supposed to be absorbed by the skin but not the make up. If you make up right after cleansing, the make up might go into your pores and clogged them. This can cause skin problem such as acne which you definitely wont want it to happen.

Second, put the base on your face. I am using Shiseido Integrate Gracy Control Base. This step is important as it works as a barrier between the skin and the make up. Then is foundation time.

I am using Kiss Me Heroin Make Smooth Cover Powder to achieve a natural look. It comes with sponge inside. I love this as its coverage is good and the rosy smell just make me feel so addicted ! In this tutorial, I just use a little bit of them so that it won’t look too thick. You can always choose to use a brush instead of sponge. This actually will look even more natural. Conceal if needed but today I just let it be.

Next, I will start from my eyes. I am using Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Perfect Eyeliner. It is a crayon type so is perfect for beginner or people like me who forever cant master the art of liquid eyeliner wtf

The tip is not very very thin like those liquid eyeliner but the result is impressingly good.

One special thing about this eyeliner, it comes with the eraser and the sharpener. So that you can correct it when you accidentally draw wrongly (yes you don’t need to use any make up remover and your eyes still look clean) yet sharpen it when you think the end is too blunt. Don’t over sharpen it.

Draw a fine line as close as you can to the root of lashes. Fill up the blanks between the lashes and the line. I believe some of you might be asking why am I drawing my eyeliner in this way

I used to hold my eyes like that to draw eyeliner. But I read from somewhere that doing this always can cause wrinkles. Imagine you pulling the thin fragile skin around the eyes everyday/always, how can this not causing wrinkles? So, I just switch to hold my lashes down and draw the eyeliner. It will be difficult at the beginning but after a few times it will be fine. Just think of the wrinkles!!! Or maybe you just don’t over pull it?

And thats my eyes after drawing two fine lines. Instantly become bigger ! (Ignore the dark eye rings I didn’t conceal it T.T )

Sometimes I like to draw the lower water line and join the 2 lines at the end when attending events, it will turn you to a sexy kitty.

Then, I use Kiss Me Heroin Make Impact Frame & Curl Mascara. I have been using this mascara for about half a year and am loving it !

Use the curve-in part first. It will make the lashes look thicker and longer. Just a quick tip for people who don’t like to use lashes curler , you can put the mascara on the upper part of your lashes first, let it dry for a while then only do the lower part of it as picture above shown. The upper part who dry 1st will actually curl up hence your lasher will look more curl although without using lasher curler.

After using the curve-in part, use the curve-out part to make the lashes spread out evenly. Normally lashes sticked together after applying mascara and we don’t want that. See my lashes now so long !!! Envy or not !!!!!

To obtain a natural look, I use the curve-out to brush on lower lashes lightly. This, again, make your eyes look bigger and more attractive.

Lets look at the outcome.

The next thing is creating an illusion to look like you have higher nose bridge HAHAHA

I suggest to use foundation or eye shadow which is 1 tone darker than your skin colour.

By using a small brush, take a bit of the colour that you need, and just brush it down at the 2 side of your nose. I normally do this starting from the beginning of eyebrow all the way down to side of the nostril. if you know what I mean == Concealer works fine to this too. You gotta play around and see which suits you best. soften the edge using another brush. Now you can have higher nose bridge too !

Then, brush through your cheek for blusher.

Smile, and brush on the apple of the cheek. This will give u a rather cute look.

*in this look I didn’t put blusher

Last but not least, put on your favourite lip gloss !

Put a layer of lip balm first to prevent cracked lips. Then pick your favourite lip gloss. Reecently I love using Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Lip Gloss 01 which is nude in colour. I love it as it looks so natural but glossy at the same time.

Well, You can see that I am using Kiss Me products for foundation, eyeliner and mascara. These 3 are the most essential parts for a look in fact and there are also the parts which we least want to see it smudge.

One reason I love using their eyeliner is because it doesn’t smudge ! Tried wearing it for 10 hours and it didn’t smudge ! #truestory

Recently, I have found out another good point of their products, when the day was raining and I was walking under the rain FML . Want to guess what is it?

Yes WATERPROOF. Don’t believe? Let me do an experiment.

I feel like filming for some facial cleanser advertisement and I am now really respect those models who can open their eyes so big, smile sweetly and looking at the camera in those advertisement because it is just too hard !

Pour water on my face and make up still staying. No smudge on eyes, and even the powder foundation didn’t wahsed away ! #victorybaby

Now I had clearly understand why they called the series of the products Heroin Make. Remember those heroin in anime or cartoon who looks forever beautiful when they are crying, going for war, fighting or lost in a jungle for 3 days? I believe you have watched the Star Wars Episode 1 to 6 countless times if you are a fan. Thus I am not going to talk about the synopsis here.

Now, with STAR WARS: EPISODE I THE PHANTOM MENACE, Lucas takes us back to the beginning, in which Darth Vader is a hopeful nine-year-old boy named Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi is a determined young Jedi knight. This first chapter, which is rich in art, design, costumes, architecture and technology, follows Anakin’s journey as he pursues his dreams and confronts his fears in the midst of a galaxy in turmoil.

I’m actually very curious about the whole story but I don’t have every episode of Star Wars. Anyone willing to story me or share the movie with me?

I can’t believe they shoot the movie using real person as those characters. Imagine how long did the make up take before filming !

And the Queen’s fashion is a thumbs up. The designer is really creative and I wish one day I can wear like that with the exaggerating make up and hairdo.

Everytime when the queen appeared, her costume will definitely different. I was amazed.

Not to forget Natalie Portman is truly a beauty. She brings out the character of a queen who is a leader but vulnerable and open.

There were no content changes made to Episode I for the 3D release. George Lucas replaced the original Episode I Yoda puppet with the digital Yoda back in 2003. With the film to tape transfer, there was an 8% blow-up, so you actually get 8% more image on screen.

I went to the luncheon for media and trade partners organised by Carlsberg on 1 Feb 2012. It was a public holiday in KL, and Andy was saying Carlsberg got this big dragon, so I was thinking why not go take a look.

The luncheon was in the Carlsberg brewery which is located in Shah Alam. This is the second times I went there, the first time was during Where’s The Party 2. Both time Carlsberg factory gave people different feel. The first time was an amusement park and this time, is so CNY !

I was lucky to have the chance to see Malaysian’s world champion lion dance troupe, Khuan Loke Dragon & Lion Dance Association’s performance. It was really a good one.

I love it when the lion looks manja and blink their eyes. It is so cute !

Defensive Driving Course With MHB by Chevrolet : More Safety More Fun !

When I first heard about Defensive Driving Course, my reaction was like omg is that some very powerful training for racer ?!! It sounds very powerful right hahaha

Thanks to Chevrolet Malaysia for organizing this course for MHB, so that I got the chance to learn something new, interesting yet useful.

We first started with theory which taught us many basic theory that people normally neglected. As an example, the sitting position, steering position and etc.

Do you know what is ‘Defensive Driving’ ? It means to drive in a correct way and respond correctly to the circumstances in order to prevent accident to happen.

I think I forgot to introduce the chief instructor of this course : Mr Kenvin Low

He is the Official Instructor for Lotus Car Club(2003-2005) and Chief Instructor for Asia Advanced Driving Academy Sdn Bhd since 2004.

I always can’t understand people who like to risk their lives on a road. Such as speeding, overtaking at places that they shouldn’t. This not only bring harm to yourself, and also the others. Not to forget family who will be sad over the dead one. So, always always always put on your seatbelt not only when you are in driving seat. Starting from 1 January 2012, every passengers in the car including those sitting at the backseats MUST put on seatbelts. Failed to do so will result in a RM300 fine.

Make sure there are airbags in your car also. When accident happened, airbags can reduce the time impact and reduce the force exerted on you. Hence you are safe/ less injured. Head restraints on the top of front, outer seats reduce the potential for whiplash and other neck injuries in rear-end collisions. More advanced systems allow the back of the seat and headrest to move down and back upon a rear impact, lessening the forward motion and cutting down on head and neck injuries.

Learnt about the correct sitting position.

To make the theory session to be more interesting, Mr Kenvin showed us some videos on common error we did. Just like being rude on the road, how accident can occur in such circumstances and etc. One more thing, always leave a gap between cars. If the car in front did an emergency break, you can at least got some gap to stop and won’t crash on it. And I seriously hate cars who stick so near behind my car. It feels like it is going to kiss my car anytime soonmaking me feeling very stress, and tend to drive faster.

I personally think it is a good car. Read about its features and specs here . Well, frankly speaking, I know nothing about cars. If really have to say something about this car, maybe you would like to look at its StabiliTrak® Electronic Stability Control System, 6-speed manual transmission, OnStar Stolen Vehicle Assistance, Four-wheel ABS, front disc/rear drum and OnStar® with Directions & Connections®(5) Plan for the first six months. Cruze has it all.

After the theory part, here comes the fun part : the practical ! I learnt something new. I didn’t know the year of manufacture of the tyre can be found on the tyre !

And of course learning about the parts of the car which normally girls don’t really know. Err but now I forgot about it again =.= Engine’s parts is really not my thing la ! Some people (LiYang I am talking about you :p) can love engine so much and this is always a mystery for me cause I will never understand hahaha. In fact, everyone should know and always check your car so that you won’t find your car suddenly on fire because the water inside is finished.

Here are the basics for a car maintenance :
- Read your car owner's manual, it has all the information on car maintenance as well as safety precautions.
- Keep all the fluids (e.g. engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, etc.) clean and topped up.
- Follow your maintenance schedule, there is a number of things that need to be regularly serviced or replaced at certain intervals (e.g. brakes, air filter, timing belt, spark plugs, etc.)
- Check tire pressure regularly.
- Change you windshield wipers if they don't clean properly.
- Wash and wax your vehicle once in a while to keep the car finish shiny and protected from corrosion.
- Deal with any problems as soon as they arise, before they become more serious and require expensive repairs.
- Use only original parts.
- At least once a year have your car check out in a garage.

Afterthat, is time for us to drive the Chevy Cruze !! The first part is about Slalom - controlling the car using Pull-Push steering. There are cones placed in a straight line with some distance in between, then we are required to drive through it without knocking down any of the cone. This is the first time I am going to drive an auto gear car. I was so nervous and kept thinking what if I destroyed the car then how omg omg omg

The instructor has taught us what to do and how to control, and demo once for us.

The feeling sitting inside the car during this course is awesome yet awful. why?

I feel like drifting but easy to get a bit headache especially sitting at the backseat =.= But this is really a wonderful experience for me.

But don’t you think the interior of the Cruze is sporty yet stylish?

This is the correct way of holding a steering and your hands are supposed to maintain at that position always even when you are turning. I know that most of the people will use one hand and turn the whole steering which seems like so pro wtf hahaha but you should know that it is wrong k. One must maintain a good position, not only hand but also sitting position, so that when accident happened, the injury can be minimized.

When we are driving, the instructor will sit beside us, taught us and make sure nothing goes wrong. I feel so safe with a instructor beside LOL

The second part is Emergency Braking Accident Avoidance (ABS braking/ collision avoidance). We have to drive with full speed, then suddenly brake all the way. Have to rest the car at the correct place.

On a side note, the Cruze is equipped with 4-wheel disk brakes with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Brake Assist, and Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) which helps to stop the car in a shorter distance while allowing the driver to maneuver away from a collision

The last part is the most epic 1. The Skid Control. This is important as you will be able to detect earlier the elements that will cause a skid and able to react quickly and drive safer. If fail, it will spin 360 degree. Not kidding. The feeling is like omg i m going to die ! One should continue step on the oil paddle and this will make the car continue moving, and at the same time try to adjust the car back to the correct way.

Note: The Cruze’s ‘Electronic Stability Control’ and ‘Traction Control’ were turned OFF to enable the car to skid (so we could learn how to control a skid)

Erm… Is it a bit too late if I blog about my NYE on February? hahahaha

Just a short one to share about this countdown :)

Jade Garden Seafood Corner 翡翠园海鲜酒家

Reunion dinner is always the happiest meal of the year. Not only because get to eat good food , but also is the time to meet the family who seldom get to meet together. It is a tradition which I think should practise not only on new year eve only. I get very happy during CNY every year, when young, CNY means time to play with cousins, for now, is more like meeting up with family and have some good quality time. Not to forget angpau (red packet) also :D So again, Happy CNY! It was the 7th day of CNY yesterday, did you bai ti gong? I heard lotsa lotsa fireworks yesterday night.

Anyway, I’ve discovered this super awesome seafood restaurant in Sungai Lengit, Johor during CNY. Family went to Desaru Lotus Resort to stay for a night, and drove another half an hour to Sungai Rengit, just to have this dinner. They said is a MUST to go.

Here am I to introduce you the Jade Garden Seafood Restaurant 翡翠园海鲜酒家

You definitely need a GPS to go to that place. And don’t go alone cause at night there’s no light on that long quiet road.

Singapore Channel U Yummy King 3 came to this restaurant, and this restaurant has won the champion by voting from the public! There must be a reason for it.

Before you continue scrolling down this post, I have to say sorry for the photos. They are really awful. Can’t take any proper photo of the food. Reason? THE FOOD IS TOO NICE AND THE PLATE IS EMPTIED IN SECONDS. I don’t even have enough time to take their photos!! #truestory

Since is CNY time, Lou Sang is a must. Unlike the other lou sang in normal restaurants, their lou sang taste very good, except for the green and red colour crispy thing. I hate that one.

The chicken soup that I only get to take picture of that smell bowl of mine D: Taste authentically and taste like home.

I am not exaggerating. This is how it looks like when I just about to take the photo of this plate of tofu about erm maybe 10 seconds after this dish was served. Even their tofu is nice wtf. The skin is crispy but inside is soft and smooth. I feel like taking the whole dish but it was empty before I could do so =.=

The steamed fish. I believe the yellow colour thing beside is pumpkin. The normal steamed fish with soy sauce but it brings out the sweetness and freshness of the fish itself.

The second when the dish was served. LOOK AT THOSE CHOPSTICKS!!!

The best abalone I’ve ever tried. Tender, soft and awesome Thai sauce to go with it. There’s pineapple,onions under the abalone but well, nobody is going to eat them.

I don’t know what is this. Looks a bit like abalone but it is not. It is soft and the taste… normal only. I think is one of the abalone family la.

Ok here comes the highlight of the meal

LOBSTER. *slurpppp*

FAVOURITE DISH OF THE MEAL!! Lets talk about the sauce 1st. According to mum, it was made of salted egg. But somehow I think it tastes like pumpkin because it was sweet. The sauce is thick and covered the whole lobster fully.

How fresh is the lobster? This fresh. Nuff said. I can’t bear to finish my lobster.

Black pepper crab. Homaigawd I tell you, the flesh is freaking nice n solid. Usually I very lazy to use my hands to touch food one, but this time, I can’t wait to eat them ALL. You can smell the black pepper sauce even if it just sit on the table quietly. And the smell lingers on fingers after wash it. The flesh itself taste naturally sweet. ahhh heaven.

Eating those oily dishes sometimes make one sick. So it is best to have a Thailand coconut with you. My sister claimed that this is the best coconut she has ever tried. The coconut juice is fresh and sweet and addictive. Just that the flesh is a bit old so only get to eat some parts.

芋泥 Taro

A TeoChew dessert. in the middle is made from yam and the milky part is something like milk with corn. Very sweet. I think is not bad but my mum who is a Teochew said this is a let down as the yam is not smooth enough.

The whole dinner costs around RM600 per table. I think is very worth it. Get to eat so many nice food and each person is only around RM60. Definitely can’t get the price anywhere in any famous restaurant in city area.

And also the United Buddy Bear outside of Pavilion!!! I think this is a must to visit. Lotsa lotsa LOTSA bearssssssssssssssss

Definitely gotta go back there to take photo with every bear( hopefully). hehehe

Mille Crepe @ Indulge Cafe

A quick post as CNY is coming, gotta continue to clean up the house and etc #likeamaid. HAPPY CNY PEOPLE!!! GONG XI FA CAI!

Well, during cny, everyone of course very happy. Get to meet up with friends, go back home to spend time with family and etc. If you don’t want to visit others’ house, where will be a suitable place to have your tea time ?

I think Indulge Cafe is pretty good.

Went there on a weekend with WengSern. Supposingly for lunch, but looking at the time, it was supposed to be tea time. Haha he said the mille crepe is good so wanted me to try. I love mille crepe since I had it once in Nadeje Cafe in Malacca. Tried once more in Food Foundry in PJ, and still think Malacca one is the best. Didn’t put too much expectation on this cafe but it surprised me.

The place is in Kuchai Business Park. The cafe is located at the right side of the guard house, facing the main road. It was a humble, quiet and clean place which is definitely an ideal place for tea time.

Compared to Food Foundry and also Nadeje Cafe, the mille crepe here is slightly cheaper which ranging from RM 7 to 10. about 8 to 10 choices of mille crepe are available.

The original flavour. It has the vanilla flavour, tastes freaking good. I think this is a MUST if you are the first time to there, unless you hate vanilla.

Tiramisu Mille Crepe. Friend didn’t like this one. I think it was quite ok but not so good if compared to the original flavour. This is just because the original one is too good. The coffee part in the mille crepe still keep the coffee taste, not like some other tiramisu mille crepe which totally can’t taste it.

Ordered the grilled salmon and mushroom soup with baguette too. Well, I think you should just stick to the mille crepe only. The grilled salmon has bones inside which I think is unacceptable although it still tastes not bad and the grilled potato is the bomb. The mushroom soup taste like bread, I don’t like it. Perhaps I have ordered the wrong one.

Tried MeiTu Xiu Xiu for the first time! Photo taken in Samsung SII, and edited using MeiTu XiuXiu. I think is amazing! haha but I think they dont have the function to heal those red spot in the phone.

When You Want Great Pizza, Call A Yellow Cab !

I am sure all of you have the same problem of what to eat almost everyday especially those who are not staying with family, including myself. I don’t like to call delivery because I find them not delicious although is really convenient. Sometimes I rather skip meal just because I can’t think of anything else to eat. It is really unhealthy, don’t do that k?

Talking about delivery, what appears in your mind now? McD, Dominos, PizzaHut? Recently, I went to this place which offered delivery and the food is AWESOME. Gonna recommend this place if you love pizza.

So, where and what is it?

The Yellow Cab Pizza Co. which located at Ampang Point. Called the number 603-42512003 to order your pizza! Once you made your order and your food is prepared, the staff will sit on this yellow bike and send the pizza over !

Despite the fact that I am fat, I really like this photo ! Must wear like a hot sexy biker chic and go back sit on this bike take photo again hehehe

17 different flavour of pizza are waiting for you. You can have the classic one like Hawaiian, or their specialty pizza like Gourmet Garden. There are 3 sizes to choose, 10” , 14” and 18”. The pizza took not too long time to be served. I just can’t wait to try it. Heard that it tasted good, and I did have a rather high expectation towards it.

Quite alike rite. Time to put back my retainer.

I ordered the 10” Hawaiian pizza. And seriously the portion is SO BIG. It is enough for 2 person. I feel super full and cant even finish the last piece of pizza. But it is really delicious. Some might think is a bit too salty. But it is just nice for me. Love the crust as well. The crust is crispy but chewy

Om nom nom nom look at the cheese nom nom nom. Yellow Cab offered not only pizza, but also spaghetti & meatballs, baked potatoes, pasta and etc. I am so gonna try their meatball next time. Hope it impresses me !

Btw, RM20 minimum order for delivery and RM2 for delivery charge. I think delivery area is limited though. Can always go to the shop to try :)

I’m ranting :)

Dear diary,

Its Friday night. Black Friday night. How was your day? I bet you must be angry with me because I have been neglecting you for too long. I had a bad day. And I realize at the end of the day, you are always the one who will accompany me through thick and thin. Forever alone? Well, I do have friends, but how many close true friends? The one who can share my problem, listen to me, and giving me neutral advices. I am glad that I still have some, and truly appreciate their presence throughout my life. Without them, I am not who I am now.

Did I mention I had a bad day? I had only 2 hours sleep because I was so upset. I sobbed in the room when everyone was sleeping. Friends were sleeping. I was so lucky to have beloved cousin R to be with me. He made me feel that I’m not alone. Relatives has been saying we two are just like twins. Probably because of same age, same school, I do love him very much. Although we are now studying in different places, I am so touched that he is always there whenever I feel down and need to talk. He is no longer the little boy that I used to grow up with. He is a big boy now, having doubts in his life and going through toughest time in his life at the moment. I am sorry that I cant make him feel any better. His problems are really hard to handle. What I can do is only lend a listening ear.

Sometimes, don’t you just upset over what people think of you? People might be asking you not to care, but you knew you can’t do that. I guess is nature not to not care about how people think of you. I reflect myself, tried to improve but things seems didn’t get any better. Not once, not twice, not thrice, but countless times. The best solution for now seems like is to hide feelings and emotions. sigh. What makes me feel even more sad is when people don’t keep their promise anymore. Or am I the only one who still believe in this? Dumb girl. I deserved a big slap for this. Talking to people only made me feel that I was so stupid especially when someone said, ‘Don’t tell me you actually trust people and tell them what you actually feel?’ At this time, I feel like the dumbest brainless girl in the world.

I used to like blogging. So touched and happy when people tell me they read my blog and they like it.It definitely motivated me to spend more time and keep up the blog. Not until friends started talking bad about me. Just got really upset about rumours. If you have question about me, don’t you just come ask me instead of talking bad behind? If it is true, I will never hide. Do you people just enjoying discussing about others that much? Oh I think the answer is yes. I never thought that I can be the topic of a discussion one day wtf. For a bad cause of course. Should I feel honoured now or what? I think I care too much on how people look at me which is unhealthy in a way.

Talked to dearies and found that my personality really got something wrong. My mind set is wrong.I get upset when people ignoring me, when people talking bad about me, when people looking down on me. You realized the problem? My problem came from others around me. Is natural to feel upset but not too upset. Maybe I should just smile and walk away *flick hair* My day got worse when people I care doesn’t care anymore. Time to let go sweetheart. I have to made up my mind and be firm on my stand. The same thing has been failed for few times. Will I success this time?

It has been ages since I last wrote a wordy entry in this blog. This post is meaningless and just wasted probably 5 minutes of your life. Normally I prefer to write in my own diary. But this time, I just want to take the chance to say that because I was really upset.

How’s your new year so far?

New semester has started for nearly 2 weeks and I am all exhausted. It is only the second week !! I had no idea why, probably cause of the long hours in uni.

As a student, I always skip meals and stayed up late which made my skin getting worse and dark eye rings getting more serious. Now I really worry about my dark eye rings as I just realize sleep doesn’t help to reduce my dark eye rings. Anyone has any remedy for it?

And remember, breakfast is very important ! Even if you are in hurry, grab a bun or make yourself a glass of milk will make you feel better the whole day. In case you don’t know, research has been done and found that people who have breakfast will tend to eat less during lunch hour and it definitely help in controlling weight. Remember, starving is NOT the way to reduce weight, it might even make you become even fatter.

Oh hehehe see what I finally got. Do you remember the Native Union Pop Phone I’ve posted few weeks back ?

I finally got my own purple pop phone ! Haven’t open it and try though. I think it is very suitable as a decoration or when talking for hours with my mum or friend. With this, I don’t mind talking hours on phone or skype now :D

Oh yea Chinese New Year is coming ! So have you bought yourself any new year clothes? Or you get something else instead of new year clothes?

Went to Nichii warehouse sales last Thursday in Shamelin Perkasa and amazed by the price of the clothes. Imagine it is even cheaper than in night market ! This is the first time I went to a warehouse sale so I was really shocked at this, and also the crowd. People grabbing the clothes as if they are free, pushing here and there, queuing up long to enter the warehouse sale and to pay also. I basically just take whatever I think is nice. Bought 12 items for mummy, sisters and myself :D

I think going warehouse sale must go with the right partner or friend. Met a friend, Rachel in the warehouse sale, and she said she always went to warehouse sale with her mum. Because mummy always can get the right and best item. I totally agree with that because I think my mum is fantastic in shopping too hahaha.

Then thanks to someone dear, I got my new brush set from MAS. Super happy! Not some branded stuff but the quality is very good ! Love it!

Hennessy VSOP Privilege Collection NYX Launch Party

Still remember my previous post on the new collection by Hennessy and also the launch party?

So I joined the party and continue reading to find out hows the party.

Went to Mid Valley right after my class, changed and did my make up there too. I have to say I look pretty tired and not in a very good condition. But I was quite excited as I get to meet many friends after back in JB for more than 1 month.

Had Thai food for dinner and so full till very not willing to go to the registration booth. It was in the East Atrium.

You won’t miss the roadshow as there’re beautiful ambassadors with wig walking around.

We were given a white glove and required to wear it on the left hand. After registered, we just keep walking straight and we will meet ambassador on the way. They will direct us to the secret location. I’ve to say really walked quite long =.= with heels somemore!

So, where is it?

It is in Vertigo! This is one of the most crowded event I’ve ever attended. Hardly can walk and people everywhere. but bumped into really a lot friends who long time never meet and felt so happy and surprise when I see them, such as Justin ! So super duper happy to see him again but we don’t have much time to talk. Can’t hear clearly also.

There’re pretty ambassadors walking around with the bottle. I love their make up! The eye shadow is actually fluorescent colour! Where to get this kind of cool eye shadow? (although I am not going to use it in anywhere)

Great night meeting some old friends and of course new friends :) First time met the supermodel Wilson Tan in person, I think he is really nice and humble:) he is super tall also!

Dear all, what did you do when jealousy kicks in ?

I hate it when time likes this happen on me. Make me feel like another stupid lil girl. I get angry and made myself feel so miserable. Feel so embarrassed to tell what did I feel jealous about also because it is really stupid thing which irritated me.

Tried to not care but obviously failed. Guess I need to train harder. *zen*

I am not a person who get jealous so easily. But when it is beyond my limit, I will explode like a volcano wtf. I will tell myself to be calm and cool with it. Thats my mistake. Somebody better reflect him/herself too .

New Year Gift To My Family

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE !! ITS 2012 !!! EVERYONE IS ONE YEAR OLDER NOWWWWW!!! opss

Since is new year, there are certain things that must change every year and calender is definitely one of them. I always can’t find any nice and pretty calendar for myself as those selling in the market are too common. But what to do, unless I draw a calender for myself =.=

Guess what? This year, I got a beautiful and sweet calendar at home ! Thanks to JigoCity , I got my family a personalized calendar! :D

A calendar that is designed by myself! *proud*

I really spent quite some time doing this. Choosing photos from various album, arrange and design. It actually can be fast if you are not that picky

This whole calender from the first to last page are done by myself !

It is about the size of this. 220(w)x170(h)

Any size that you can think of when someone mentioned about calendar, they can do it for you. Not the daily though. I chose this size because I think will be nice to put on my piano.

It uses ring like this, as usual. When flipping doesn’t have any problem. I know there’re some calendar is like freaking hard to flip. And I will be like omgwtfbbq why so hard to turn to next page !!

It consists 6 pages which is double sided, and there goes 12 months (obviously-.- ) I think I have to start a new year resolution is to talk less crap. Agree?

hahaha anyway let me show u some pages inside the calendar. I made it simple. Just compile some photos from our trips. I feel so warm when looking at those photos <3

You can choose to put how many photos, how you want the arrangement to be like and etc. Some pages I put 2

And some pages I put only 1 photo. I didn’t put any page more than 2 photos because I think it gonna be a bit too small for the photos as the place to put the photos isn’t that big. Saw the love shape at the right bottom corner? Using the software they provide, I can add in pictures n clip arts i like too.

Besides, you can choose the background, frames, effects that you like on the calendar. It is all up to u. Like me, I chose to add in some words. I put the name of place that the photo was taken.

And this is the last page !

After I have done designing, I just send the design as the instructions of the software. In a week, I got my calendar edi ! so happy ! My family love it very much! :) It was fun throughout the process from designing to ordering and of course the feeling of surprise when I get the calendar .

Happy Land , Kulaijaya

This cafe is one of my top favourite eating place. I eat it since quite young. My dad always bring us to here before or after going to grandma’s house.

its business is so good even on weekdays. Always hardly can find a seat. There’s another cafe beside happy land named Mc Cola who has less customers (lol sorry). I still think Happy Land tastes nicer.

I went there on a Saturday before heading to Johor Premium Outlets . Now you know where to eat if you happened to go to Kulaijaya and wanted to have some nice food/dessert. It is about 10-15 min drive from Happy Land to Johor Premium Outlets.

Happy Land is famous of their dessert, their ice kacang with different topping.

This one is my favourite : Chocolate Ice. They put really a lot of melted chocolate on top with some nuts. The other ingredients such as cincau, jagung, red bean n so on are the same like normal ice kacang.

My mum like to order the Ice Kacang Special. The topping is Milo powder. Feel like drinking the Milo Dinosaur :D

And this one is my lil sister’s love. She only ordered this everytime when she comes to here, the Jelly Ice. The taste is sweet and sour with some fruits on top and jelly inside. It is more suitable for people who doesnt like strong flavour such as chocolate.

There are also other choices such as Strawberry Ice, Mango and others. You gotta find it out yourselves :)

1 bowl of ice is around RM4.

Besides dessert, they have some snacks and food too. This rojak is so big rite ! It is only RM4.20.

This is what I ordered everytime also…

The Thai style tofu. I dont know why but it just tastes so good and i am kind of addicted to it. The tofu is very smooth but the outer layer is fried. Then eat with the sweet n spicy Thai sauce… AWWWWWW

This is everyone’s favourite, seriously. Even for me who don’t like meat at all, I gotta say it tastes so good. Especially the skin (the most fattening part fml). The smell of fried chicken just make you want to eat it. I get to take this photo quickly before others start snatching them.. I can feel their aura of asking me to be faster hahaha

And this is the nasi lemak to eat with. What’s important for nasi lemak is always the sambal and the rice. I don’t know how should I describe this.. because it is just way too delicious.

There’re another selling fried kuey tiau here. taste not bad too. The price here is around RM4 per dish.

So, where’s the party this time?

On 17 Dec 2011, the exclusive by-invitation only party was held at the very own Carlsberg Malaysia’s Brewery in Shah Alam, the facility where the first Carlsberg beer was locally brewed in 1972.

The meet up point was in Shah Alam Stadium. Then we were brought to the secret location. Guess where is it?

Its the Carlsberg factory! Surprise much?

In the press conference. Glad to meet the artists and DJ line up for the party at night. Was pretty excited with some of the combination and expecting to see interesting performance.

All partygoers were assigned their own, unique RFID (Radio-Frequency Identity) tags, which enabled them to collate points from the games they played and redeem prizes accordingly. These RFID tags were linked to their Facebook accounts and enabled them to update their Facebook status simply by tagging on the “Like” stations throughout the brewery

After the press conference then we headed to the amusement park to enjoy the party !

We had some light snacks such as burger and ice cream which is like a bazaar in front of the factory. then behind the bazaar is the amusement park. I felt like I am back to 10 years old.

A key highlight of the party was the Sky Ride, which gave partygoers an exhilarating experience of being buoyed by a hot air balloon. Too bad I don’t have the chance to try this as the queue is so long and I’m lazy to queue up.

Lets see what else they got in the amusement park. Didn’t get to take all of them though

This black shirt guy who squatting down is very very nice! We are given 3 chances to choose the duckling. If one of the duckling got the Carlsberg logo at the bottom, we will get 10 points. This cute guy was saying : u sure u want this? do u want to change? when I chose my last duckling. And yea! Thanks to him I got my points :D

Do you miss sitting on this? I did. The last time I sat is when I was back in Taiwan with my new friends. The feeling when you get the whole world is under your feet… WOOHOOOO

The party incorporated an ‘amusement park’ theme, complete with childhood favourites such as a ferris wheel, pirate ship and an adult carousel. Some other traditional fun fair booths also included Ring a Green, Toss & Score, Duck Hunt, ‘Our holes, Your balls’ & Wild Wild West

Locally acclaimed performers Dennis Lau and Shawn Lee presented a thumping combination of an electric violin and beat boxing. Special group appearances by famous Korean star, Lee An, the unforgettably spontaneous star rapper of Carlsberg Malaysia, Mr Soren Ravn along with violinist Dennis Lau awed the party crowd further. Home-grown bands Crossfire and Paperplane Pursuit had the crowd dancing to their chart topping hits. World renowned girl band ‘High on Heels’ also made their first appearance in Malaysia and entertained the crowd with their creative mix of LIVE classical instruments with song mixing on their turntables. “Where’s The Party” came to a close around 2am the following morning after several hours of non-stop music with international DJs; Sophie Sugar from the UK and Hiloco from Japan.

In line with Carlsberg’s philosophy of responsible drinking, Carlsberg encouraged all partygoers to enjoy responsibly and in moderation. As part of the ‘Enjoy Responsibly’ campaign, Carlsberg planned engagement activities for consumers such as the Alcohol Testing Zone, where consumers had their alcohol level tested while partying and the Drunk Man Zone which enabled consumers to play an android game which showed them the effect of excessive alcohol consumption.

The best thing throughout the party was ShiiTeck said I become thinner!!! Evryone go read his blog now!

Most of the people enjoyed the party very much. Frankly speaking, this party is a lil bit of disappointment to me. Maybe I expect too much from the previous party? The previous party was a beach party which has less guests and it was a 2 days 1 night holiday, staying in the awesome Golden Palm Resort in Sepang Gold Coast while this one is more to have fun with more people. It was nice meeting friends though :)

Last Sunday I went to Biolyn Hairspa for a haircut. Thanks Erika for inviting me :)

I remembered Biolyn selling nutrition products one.. Was wondering how come they start doing hairspa business…

It is located in Seri Kembangan, a corner shop but somehow we just can’t see it :/ Thanks to GPS we reached !

The year is going, Let him go

Time flies too fast. It is the end of year 2011.

When I was young (not like i m old now =.=) I always wanted time to pass faster. Because end of the year will be the longest holidays which is 2 months! And thats the time I can wake up late, go travel and do nothing everyday. Thinking of not doing homework and goes to school are like the best thing in my life.

But soon enough, when I am nearly 20, I suddenly want time to not passing so fast. I am very reluctant to admit the fact that I am stepping into 20. I can no more fill in the age column with 1x age!!! Is it because life now is so occupied till I don’t have some quality time for myself or time is really running a bit faster ? ok this is crap. Anyway, with this kind of speed of how time pass, I can foresee that I will turn to an old aunty very very soon fml

Hello I am not kidding okkk. It just feel like I came up to KL with my parents few months ago to register myself in uni, and the coming Jan 2012 I am actually entering Year 1 Sem 3. WHY SO FAST !!! In fact, I can’t even believe that I am in university now =.= Looking at my younger sis who is currently in secondary school, I am kinda miss that few years in sec sch. Feeling a bit of regret for not cherishing and have some good time in school , but trying not to go sch with all kinds of reasons instead #badstudent

Even if I am in uni now, I think I still don’t like school. Who does?

People change and grew up along the years. So do I. Thinking back of this year, there’re few things which popped out in my mind. Some of the changes in this year.

1. First time dyed my hair during February

and also curled it in The Met KL during July

2. First time won something from Nuffnang, FINALLY T.T

I participated in some contest, the entry is here . If you know me well, you will know I’m that kind of people who never win any lucky draw/contest/nuffnang movie contest/whatever. So when I know I got this, I was like OMG FINALLY I WON SOMETHING OMG OMG OMG! #truestory

And I gave it to my elder sister who own a Blackberry as I promised in the post. Feel good that I am the one who is giving instead of receiving though :)

3. I MET DAVID CHOI!!!!

I didn’t blog about this before… But anyway, I managed to meet David Choi in person! Thanks to Wilson who is one of the most awesome and nicest people I met ! Had a chat with David Choi who is so friendly, cute and talented. Everyone must go listen to his music k? His voice can calm your heart. This is what happened to me. I had a great time listening to his voice in Bentley Auditorium.

4. I’ve attended many events in this year. But I would highlight my Ipoh trip here for Hennessy Artistry in Ipoh .

Went to Indulgence Restaurant + Hotel, met up with the owner Julie and her daughter and granddaughter in the afternoon then party at night. I’m not sure exactly why but when I thought of this trip I feel happy.

5. Since I have mentioned events, there are a few events that I think is pretty cool. Blogging really enlarge my social circle. I get to know many friends from different field. From them, I always learnt a lot.

This is Naomi and I during Malaysia’s Own Oktoberfest in 1 Utama with the German barmaid costume. First time wearing uniform not for school or work. At first kinda shy as people keep looking at me in this costume, but afterthat I found that this is a total look of me. Is a good try I think? hahaha

How can I forget about this beach party in Sepang Gold Coast ? This is Carlsberg Where’s The Party! We just go to the meet up point, sit in the bus and they wil bring us to the destination. Some fact about me: I got my driving license since end of April 2011. But the time I drove since that time is less than 2 hours. Seriously. So when I told my parents I am going to this course, they were like : Are you sure you want to drive their car? Can or not ?! Oh well, I am not confident at first too, but it turned out to be pretty well :D

6. Besides blogging, I made friends when I was working too. Working part time as usherette/promoter/model/whatever I can work LOL

Work for Hennessy XO Appreciation Grows Dinner in KL Live Center during November. I can’t afford to eat such expensive food, but I get to eat them. This is really nice. The dinner was prepared by Chef Susur Lee. The dinner actually costs around 5k per person if I’m not mistaken. The food is superb. Best ever.

7. I finally moved out from the old place which landlady’s family staying in. The 1 year staying in there is torturing. Now I’m in heaven wtf

Johor Premium Outlets (JPO) , KulaiJaya

Johor Premium Outlets is definitely one of the hottest destination in Malaysia or even in Asia now.

The FIRST Premium Outlet Center in South East Asia is here, in Kulaijaya, Johor.

I have been wanting to go there since they start opening on 2 December to take a look at this premium outlet. Lets see if I can grab some good priced branded stuff home or not *wink*

Besides various branded outlets, there are a few restaurants available too. If you are looking for a cheaper place to eat, then you should go to the food court in JPO.

The decoration inside is quite nice and comfy.

The price will be a little bit higher than the usual food court but definitely cheaper than the other restaurant in JPO.

Here comes the question, how to get to there?

If you are driving, you might want to GPS it :/

The view from scenery is kinda nice. It was surrounded by palm oil plantation.

One good thing about JPO, it has very big carpark.

Tomorrow 11 December is the Grand Launch of Johor Premium Outlet. Our Prime minister will be there too.

I can see the potential of JPO as becoming the next hot spot in Malaysia. The land around JPO seems like having some construction. Hopefully more awesome stuff to be here !

I finally got the chance to step into Overtime although Overtime is everywhere. It is like the first choice for friends when suggesting where to have a drink.

There is this beer which only been sold in Overtime, the Starker beer.

This is kind of a ladies’ drinks as it is not so strong yet smooth. I like it :)

I am glad that I get to meet the Starker Brewer, Timothy O’Rouke who flew all the way from UK to brew the fresh beer in Klang Valley.

He is a friendly and funny guy. We had a great time chatting with him and learnt some new knowledge as well.

There are large barrel and also mini barrel for the beer.

The one I am holding obviously is the mini barrel =.= Normally people will just order one mini barrel and sit there chilling with friends. The waiter will help you to hammer the barrel, but this time, I get to try it !

Actually just hammer it la. hahaha but it feels good. I think we had only 3 barrel that night. NOT ENOUGH! JOM OVERTIME AGAIN!!

I have to say even taking the beer from barrel need some skill ok. skill-less people like me will end up like the picture above =.= #fail

What is the best food to go with beer? All the oily fattening yummy meat :D

And of course, it is better to eat something before you start drinking. This is to protect your stomach and you won’t get drunk so easily :)

It was launched officially! The gorgeous lady in the middle is Nathalie Den Dekker. She is the Miss Tourism International 2010/2011. Her face is like a Barbie doll! So pretty can die !

Below are a few products that I think is quite interesting (actually I want to get them for myself!)

Panasonic Pocket Doltz Sonic Toothbrush that uses sonic vibration to produce 16,000 brush-strokes a minute, polishing one’s teeth is much more efficient than manual brushing. It is only 16cm in length and 2cm in diameter, you can just put in your handbag and bring it everywhere. You are gonna have a fresh breath and clean teeth all day long :)

Facial Static Roller, one can enjoy a facial massage while soaking in the bath by simply charging it for an hour and it can be used for a week. There are three speed levels to choose from for comfort level. By rolling your face at the right spot, your face can actually become smaller!

Puss In Boots

The cat that everyone loves :) My most loved character in Shrek <3

This is a story about Puss's (Antonio Banderas) early adventures as he teams with mastermind Humpty Dumpty (Zach Galifianakis) and the street-savvy Kitty (Salma Hayek) to steal the famed Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.

Frankly speaking, the story is so so only. But the storyline is not my concern. So it is not a big problem to me. I can’t stop ‘awww so cute!’ throughout the movie. Especially when he made his signature super-big-yet-adorable-max eyes. But you must remember, he is a bad bad kitty :p This is a movie which definitely suitable to bring your family to watch together!

The Oooo Cat. This cat so funny la. Always ‘Oooo’ with the funny expression at certain right time. It actually appears only twice. But now he even have a Facebook page and Twitter account! @OoooCat

But Puss is still my favourite. I love Puss when he is young!!! super cute can die!!! I like his chubby face, small body and he is not wearing anything! Freaking cute I just want to bring him home and feed him milk. *pinch cheek*

The line up of artists are shown in this post. Not going to show photos of the artists , but just my friends and I. I didn’t really bother about them actually. I think friends are more important. One thing I don’t like about this HA is the zones that separated us.

Motorola Razr

Recently my phone spoilt, so I was thinking, why not just take a look at this Motorola Razr on 10 November. I was wondering how to pronounce Razr anyway. Is it Raz-R or Razeeer or Razir or R-A-Z-R ?

Before I introduce this, let me show you some eye candies.

Here we go.

There are a few major features that you must know

1. Super AMOLED Advanced 4.3” display

It is 69mm wide x 131mm long. pretty big uh? I like big screen as when you are surfing, it is easier to use. It has 1 8MP camera and 1080p HD video too.

2. Super thin, made with KEVLAR fibre

It is only 7.1mm thin and 127g. It is so light, not like the other smartphone. At least it doesn’t make me look like I am carrying a phone in my pocket. It is super thin, and you don’t need to worry about cracked screen anymore.

Featuring the Corning Gorilla Glass, the screen is resistive to scratches and scrapes that are bound to happen, while the back of phone is made of KEVLAR fibre. What’s more exciting is every part of the phone is protected, with a splash-guard coating, even the boards inside. I will say this is a party phone. Don’t need to worry about spilled drinks on your phone anymore too *wink*

3. Super fast with 1.2GHz dual-core processor

You just hate it when your phone lag rite. The 1GB DDR2 RAM keeps the momentum going. With this dual-core processor, I don’t see why you should worry about it anymore.

4. MotoCast : Stream remotely, your PC content to phone

With this pre-loaded app, you can stream or download anything you want. You can access you PC securely. I think this is cool. You just throw in those files or photos into your laptop, then you can blog or edit them when you are not in front of your laptop.

I was feeling complicated after watching this movie. It is an old Cantonese movie with Chinese subtitle. But I just get to watch it yesterday.

This movie is so real life, except that the girls and guys in the movie are all super good looking. It just made me wonder, am I going to let my life to be like that ?

drink drank drunk, one night stand, get a rich guy and try your best to get his money , etc etc, all these just show how lonely and realistic are human being.

How would I defeat the bad guys if I were Puss and Kitty Softpaws. *meow*
1. Work hand in hand together
Teamwork is the key factor.

Puss and Kitty Softpaws must work together, think of a strategy and together attack the bad guys without quarrelling. Cat fight can be scary sometimes. With the same aim, things can be carried out even more effective.

2. Use the advantage of kitty : Small and cute
We know Puss has the super cute big eyes that everyone go ‘Awwww cute kitty’ when look at him.

With this advantage, he can distract the bad guys, and kitty softpaws can attack them at the same time!

Pietro Italian Restaurant Launch

Do you know there is this newly launched Italian fine dining restaurant named Pietro in Damansara Height?

I was there during the launching.

Although it is an Italian restaurant, it has various choice of food. From local food to western food, you can definitely find something that suit you. I tried their pizza, and I like it.

Even the oil that eat with the bread also got so many choices. I just can't decide which one should I try first.

情绪化的女人，很。恐。怖。

最近就很多愁善感，又情绪化，完全就是个中年女人的样子。假如我已经五十几岁，别人肯定会说我到了更年期的阶段。我也不会反驳，因为我真的认为我的举动，一百巴仙符合。

自从中学毕业后，已有很长一段时间不曾用华语书写，更不用说读华语书籍了。就连平时沟通都多以英语为主。很多人也许都不知道，华语真的是我的热忱。从小，各种古典书籍我都已经读过，写作，诗歌等更是我闲暇时的良伴。中五时更选考了中国文学。当时全校包括我，只有两名考生=.= 我觉得可以沉浸在文字中是一种享受。

亲人都以为我会往这个领域发展。现在回想起来，好后悔没有做出最正确的选择。觉得现在我读的，根本不是我想要的。每天都好痛苦。后悔莫及啊。。。

Been busy with studies, and YES! I had finished my sem 2 final exam, and now having my 2 months sem break. awww sweet <3

That means I got more time to blog and enjoy my life, at the same time can catch up with friends who I didn’t get to meet cause of this hectic short sem. Don’t hate me because I can’t hang out with you guys D: I promise I will spend some good time with friends and also family.

Am heading back to home after 2 months. Short sem is so hectic that I didn’t even realize 2 months had just passed in a blink. But what it did to me is making me sick and look even awful. Skin condition is bad as I didn’t get enough sleep. Friends always say I look tired. And right after exam, I got fever, cough, flu and throat infection. Not to forget back ache after Red Bull Monkey Run.

aww did i mention that i went to Penang 1 day after my final? It was a 3 days 2 night trip with the bloggers for Red Bull Monkey Run. I was half dead before went to there. Feeling so sick. Anyway, aren’t you curious about it ? I did when I first heard that. I was like huh? Red Bull? monkey? RUN?!

p/s Can anyone just tell me when you have flu, and you hardly can breathe, what do you do to make the nose not blocked? seriously i need some advices. I felt so awful the whole day D:

A lil bit of frustration

Can't help it but to say this.

Sometimes it is really sad to know that people recognize you as someone's +1.

Sometimes I just too lazy to explain everything again and again to everyone.

Sometimes I just trying to ignore all these teasing and asking.

I know some changes have to be made, but it is not easy.

I really don't like people to talk about things that they don't even clear about it.

If you think you know what am I talking, then yes, that's the thing I am talking about.

Rumors are really scary and destructive. at least to me.

It made me feel like quitting everything.

Because that is not true. It is not what you thought.

Maybe you will say it is all my own problem, well, it became my problem once you started to think that way and spread it around.

Oh well.

I am letting go this pair of brand new Aldo Black Crisler-95. Size 37. 5 inches.

I wore it for about 10 minutes only.It doesn’t fit me well. The bottom of the heels are still clean leh=.=

But I know that there’s nothing I can do, only to sell it. If not it will end up sleeping at the corner of my room. Such a waste for a pair of beautiful heels like this T.T

The original price is RM350. Selling away at RM170. Fixed price.

As you can see, the shape of the heels is really beautiful. That’s the reason I bought it.

I went to Oktoberfest again. This time it was in 1 Utama new wing open air carpark.

Well, I know some of you has been waiting for this post…

If you’ve been a loyal reader of mine, guess you read about Oktobest in Brotzeit and also Malaysia’s Own Oktoberfest Launch at BTS Hotel. Some of you might be wondering, what exactly is Oktoberfest? What is it all about ?

Oktoberfest a.k.a. 德国啤酒节 is a beer festival which held 16-18 days annually in Munich, Germany, from late September till early October. Oktoberfest has been held since 1810.

‘The Munich Oktoberfest originally took place during the sixteen days up to and including the first Sunday in October. In 1994, the schedule was modified in response to German reunification so that if the first Sunday in October falls on the 1st or 2nd, then the festival would go on until October 3 (German Unity Day). Thus, the festival is now 17 days when the first Sunday is October 2 and 18 days when it is October 1. In 2010, the festival lasted until the first Monday in October, to mark the 200-year anniversary of the event. The festival is held in an area named the Theresienwiese (field, or meadow, of Therese), often called Wiesn for short, located near Munich's center.’ – Taken from Wikipedia

Well, in Malaysia, we can still join in the fun although we are not in Germany.

"Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest" has the popular Carlsberg flowing happily alongside popular German brews which they import namely Erdinger Weissbier, Franziskaner Weissbier and Lowenbrau. This coupled with authentic German cuisine prepared by a master chef, traditional live performances were the ingredients for a great night of fun, girls and of course beer!

The festival, modeled after the Munich Oktoberfest, runs from 21 September to 20 October 2011 at over 25 participating outlets and 18 market squares throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Seremban and Johor.

What’s you expectation for Oktoberfest?

To mark this widely-celebrated festival, Carlsberg Malaysia boasts a month-long extravaganza filled with roaring days of exciting parties, music, authentic gastronomic experiences to whet the appetitie and barrels of Carlsberg, Erdinger Weissbier, Franziskaner Weissbier and Lowenbrau to be downed.

The first thing must be BEER!

Carlsberg Malaysa presents "Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest 2011" by featuring Malaysia's no.1 beer brand Carlsberg and three Bavarian imported beers from Gerrmany

Carlsberg (5% ABV/ alcohol), a lager beer founded by J.C. Jacobsen in 1847 and is an international beer originating from Denmark.
Erdinger Weissbier (5.3% ABV), pioneered in the 70's, was the first German wheat to be distributed nationwide in Germany. Erdinger is brewed according to traditional recipes and has no preservatives, additives and pasteurization, complying with the Bavarian Purity Law 1516.

Franziskaner Weissbier (5% ABV), a traditional Bavarian wheat beer with more than 600 years of history, is refreshing and aromatic in character. This Bavarian beer is naturally cloudy and copper-coloured and enhanced with a sweet malt taste with a smooth creamy texture for finish.
Lowenbrau, (5.2% ABV), an original "German Munich Beer", is famous at Oktoberfests. It is a lager beer that is refreshing with a taste of malt and mild hop bitterness. The beer is light to the taste, bright golden yellow in colour, and tryly complements the Bavarian drinking experience.

Then, is FOOD! German Food!

What you can’t missed is this iconic Oktoberfest heart shaped biscuit. As I mentioned in the previous post, men give this biscuit to their loved one during this festival.

Different phrases will be written on the biscuit such as : I love you, You’re beautiful and etc. This is a way for men to express their feeling to the ladies.

Next, will be MUSIC!

The traditional live performance is really great. I enjoy it very much. Along with the music, is time to have lotsa lotsa LOTSA FUN!!!

Heard of Chicken Dance?

There’s this popular chicken dance among my friends now after attending Oktoberfest. This dance is cute, simple yet addictive. Next time lets shake shake together :D

I find this really meaningful and I just want to share it with you all.

Must Read, especially people who always waiting for the so-called perfect timing.

There's only 2 days in the entire life: The first day and the last day.

One day, Steve Jobs went to an university to give a speech. He spotted a girl. He went to talk to her and got her phone number. He wanted to invite her for dinner that night, but he had a meeting, so he hold the words.

Malaysia’s Own OktoberFest Launch

On 28 September, Carlsberg Malaysia officiated its 'Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest 2011" promotion at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 28 September at 7.00pm, in the midst of over 900 beer enthusiasts. The launch is a joint collaboration with Berjaya University College of Hospitality and will showcase Carlsberg Malaysia as a local master brewer, besides offering other imported beers from Germany.

Trust me, you will definitely won’t want to miss this.

Heard of this famous Oktoberfest for quite some time and always wanted to go to Germany, just to take a look at how awesome the festival is, but now, I don’t need to fly over to Munich, and I still get to join in the fun !

These are the pretty ladies and handsome men in German traditional clothes. AHHH can I try the clothes , please? It looks so cute on the ladies !

I was so happy to see food, a lot a lot of food, a lot a lot of German food! *drooling*

not to forget dessert too. Iris and I were hesitating to take, or not to take. Well, we got the answer at the moment we look at these tempting dessert. TELL ME HOW TO RESIST! *slurp*

The evening was beautiful especially with the presence of the beautiful ladies around. We were greeted warmly when we just entered. They always have their loveliest smile on their face, ready to assist whenever we need. I do thank them for their presence for making the evening wonderful :)

We know that music is a MUST in a party. Am I right? So what’s the music played?

The band of the night was so awesome! They played many country songs. Songs that we can sing along. Truly German band, with all the nice songs whole night long which made us feel so high!

Before we started enjoying the evening, we went to redeem our beer with the coupon. I really never expect the beer to be like this. I thought it will just be the normal 1 pint big. So, are you curious to see now?

I think it is 1 litre. This jug/mug literally made my face became like this O.O

I was thinking, how on earth am I going to finish it by myself ?! But, haha with the music and friends around, it actually happened.

There was drinking games too. This game is simple. 2 contestants competing who can finish up the beer faster.

In this round, obviously the white shirt guy won! Hooray! present for him to bring back home! I still need to train few more rounds before I can join this game… RAWR who want to train with me ? Next time I want to win the game RAWRRRRRRR

This is the iconic Oktoberfest biscuit- gingerbread heart.

In German, the men give these biscuits to the ladies to hang around their necks as a sort of a show of affection for them. The messages on the biscuits usually read something like 'I love you', 'You are my sweetheart' etc.

I think I will really melt if I receive such present. This is so sweet! Anyone wants to give me one? *wink wink*

Ok back to the game part, at first when the lady/gentleman in the middle passes by me, I was thinking, errrr is a she/he?

haha anyway, can’t deny the fact that he did made the crowd went crazy. Have you ever see people dancing on a dining table? Especially Malaysian?

haha no offense, but me myself as a Malaysian, clearly know that we wouldn’t do something so crazy but fun if nobody took the first move.

But look! what are they doing?

OH YEA DANCING ON THE TABLE!! Everyone just can’t stop shaking their butt along with the music. This Oktoberfest made me realize we can actually party till this extend!

Haha everyone dance together and had lotsa fun. I found scene like this is really memorable.

This is a really different kind of party , compared to the usual clubbing party. You get to chill, get to dance and get to talk to friends while enjoying the beer on your hand. What’s more do you want?

OktoberFest @ Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant, Mid Valley

Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant invited MHB to join in the fun of OktoberFest on 17 Sept as it was the launch of OktoberFest in Brotzeit.

Do you know what is OktoberFest?

Oktoberfest traditions date back to the fairy tale wedding of the then Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig to Princess Therese in 1810, on October 12^th to be precise, where for the first time the local community were invited. With free flow of beer and abundant food, the celebrations went on for 5 days. So much fun they had, that it was repeated year after year, each year on a grander scale than the last, to what has today become Munich’s famed Oktoberfest – the world’s largest beer festival celebrated universally. Only six Munich breweries are allowed to brew Oktoberfestbier in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 and the breweries of Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr are two of the six .

Dates of Oktoberfest:

2011: September 17 - October 3
2012: September 22 - October 7

This is the first time I dine in Brotzeit. Hence I was really excited towards the food as well as the experience dining there.

The ritual of tapping the first Oktoberfest barrel and the proclamation of O’zapft is! (meaning “It is tapped!”) by Munich’s Mayor marks the start of the annual Oktoberfest celebrations in Munich. Look at the traditional clothes he was wearing! so cute rite. He said this is what they wear in German. It is very comfy and they don’t wash it as it is leather.

OH YAY the first glass of beer ! Hence he launched the OktoberFest too! One day I would like to attend the real OktoberFest in Munich. One day… One day… *start saving money and eat air*

Giant breaded escalope of pork served on a wooden board! At first when it just served I thought it was fish but who knows it is actually pork. very nice with squeeze of lemon and pickle. It doesn’t really taste like pork anyway. I guess might because it is fried. But i like it this way <3

We were happily eating this like there’s no end of the world HAHA #justsaying

One of the signature dishes in Brotzeit. This pizza is superb! A little bit spicy though

breaded escalope of chicken breast. Something that Linora can eat, finally. I like the taste as it is not too strong but just nice.

All the dishes are best served with beer. reason? They are fried food or food with rather heavy flavour. It is really nice to sip some beer to neutralize the taste in your mouth.

Kartoffelsalad(Potato salad). I am not exaggerating, even the potato salad tastes so nice FTW! After eating so much porky and meaty food, must get something like this OR

Chef tried to teach me how to pronounce this in German. But I failed, terribly. *emo* He said even himself also find it hard to pronounce.

We just simply can’t wait to get the pancake into our mouth.

The pancake + the sauce = HEAVEN

Signature of Brotzeit. Not sweet like the usual dessert but satisfying. must emphasize the SAUCE. sweet and sour berry sauce which goes so well with the pancake. Can’t stuff more into my tummy as I ate so much in previous dishes D:

Mango beer RM20++

Heard of mango beer? If your eyes goes O.O when reading this, you should come to Brotzeit and try! Well, guys dont really like it anyway because it is sweet. For me, I love it! as well as the other gorgeous girls on the table. With the sweet fruity mango smell and taste, this is something that is suitable for the ladies.

It is really nice meeting Snowxwhite (on the left) that day. her skin very nice! *envy*

Went over to Rootz, Lot 10 on 22 September for Hugo Boss Just Different Fragrance Launch. This post is so simple till I felt guilty BUT you must read it till the end because there’re surprise waiting for you all especially girls HAHAHA

Laura Mercier : Products & Makeover

What if our world was only black & white? I think I will stop using cosmetics. hahaha

I am actually a lazy girl who don’t love to do make up. It takes time and energy. How about you? But well, nowadays most of the girls can’t live without cosmetics and skincare products. We want to look pretty and awesome everyday. We have too much choices but don’t know which one suit us the best.

Heard of Laura Mercier? I introduced the Laura Mercier Portofino Collection few months ago. And I had tried few of them.

Base for eyes. a small drop is enough for each eye. Many girls (including me) don’t use eye base before putting eye shadow. But I found that the colour looks better if I put the base. The base makes the eye shadow colour more outstanding. As we know, our skin is more to yellow. Hence, the colour that we put on our skin will be different with what we see.

Cake eyeliner – Eggplant. ok I had no idea why is it called eggplant… maybe because of the colour ?

But this eyeliner is not bad although I prefer the normal gel eyeliner. It is best use with the starter to make the colour last longer. I dont like to use cause have to use brush to draw, and I suck in this =.=

Eye colour duo – Violet. One of my favourite colour. Creating a gorgeous, elegant yet mystery look.

The lipstick. Plum colour as well. Giving a more mature look. I like this because when it applied on your lips, it has a minty feel! And the fragrance is so fresh but addictive. People will get tempted to kiss you HAHA just kidding

Never really try any of the skincare products… only their day cream

Flawless skin day cream with spf 15

This is surprisingly good for my skin. Feel hydrated after applying it for at least 8 hours. But I don’t recommend this for girls who have oily skin or combination oily skin.

Thanks to Laura Mercier, I get to do a makeover by them. I went over to The Gardens before heading to Brotzeit for OktoberFest launch. A little bit late than appointment time, the make up artist, Samson Chan was waiting for me.

The make up artist, Samson Chan. He is professional. Ask about the event I am going to attend, skin condition and etc before he started to do the make up so that he can give me the most suitable look for that day.

Finishing… Samson created a smoky eyes look. The eye shadow he used is the latest autumn collection of Laura Mercier – Plum.

I LOVE the lip colour he mixed for me. He mixed 2 colour to create the colour that best match my skin tone.

Tadaaa! I think Samson did a good job. I love this look <3

How short sem kills me slowly

Short semester is definitely driving me crazy!

I am now in second week of sem, and I am having my final exam in 1 month time WTH!!!!!

Lab reports, assignments, quizzes and midterms are driving me crazy !

Everything seems too rush. I barely breathe

I am so scared that I cant do well in this sem.

A few hours later I am turning one year older. Again, this time I am not home but in KL. Feeling kind of weird that I didn’t spend my birthday with my family in JB again but what to do. It is not a big deal , well I just miss my family.

Birthday always not a big issue in my life. Turning older each year scare me off. I refuse to imagine myself celebrating my 50th or 60 or even 70th birthday.

In fact, I had my birthday celebration before my birthday when I were with my friends and family. Really appreciate their thoughts and also lovely presents from them. I feel so loved <3 Especially I got my favourite Zara heels! At first I thought no more stock and I get so upset cause didn’t buy it when I saw it. Who knows someone I love actually go and look for it and get it for me! That’s really heart-warming <3 After my birthday I showcase them k. hahaha

For this year ahead, I wish I can control my temper better. I get angry and upset easily, which is bad. Sometimes I just fail to control myself. As I grow older, I guess is really time to get rid off this bad character. One good thing about myself is I forgive people easily too. Just because I love them, and I still want them in my life.

Besides, I wish I can score well in my exams. Not to disappoint my parents and people who love me.

Birthday, is a day for me to think back what I have done in the past 1 year and reflect myself to be a better one in the next 1 year. Be grateful that I am here, alive and healthy.

Aristo & Roof Garden Preview Party

MHBs are going to rock Phuture tonight but poor me still stuck in JB hence didnt get to join the celebration again. To console myself, I am gonna write a short post about the preview party on 1 July.

As we know, Aristo has been under construction. And now, a brand new Aristo is here, with the Roof Garden. Lets take a look at it.

Nong & Jimmy Thai Seafood BBQ

Firstly, is September now! Happy September everyone ! Getting so excited cause it is my month oh yay :D

Came to this famous place to try the Thai food for dinner after Miss Universe Malaysia Press Conference. The owners are from Thailand. That explains why is the food taste so good and authentic. Reached there about 6 plus. There are parking lots at the side so actually parking wont be a problem. not sure if too many people come will it be enough btw.

Just that the road to this place is kinda weird and hidden. Not so easy to find. Gotta rely on GPS. But well, its all worth it after u try the food.

We were been served fast after sat down. It looks like any other normal opened air restaurant. can see a lot of people came here to eat although is quite early and is a week day. What I don’t like is people smoke here as it is open air. But well, I wont mind as long as the food is good.

At first I thought I gonna wait for quite some time cause there’re quite many people there. But, surprisingly, I wait for a while only. Food has been served real fast.

Kangkung belacan.RM 8/9

yay this is nice too if you take belacan. Some restaurant will make it too salty, but not this. A lil bit of spiciness enhance the taste of kangkung.

Fried rice. RM8/9

The rice so so only. Better try something else next time. I am expecting something tastier.

Som Tam RM8/9

Cant stop eating ! It is so crunchy and nice to chew. A bit sour but sweet and smell good. Should order this as appetizer. The peanuts and the dried squid on top definitely make the whole dish taste even better.

Double thumbs up for this!

Tom Yam Seafood RM10

There’re prawns, sotong, tomatoes and so on inside. very very nice. Even now when I look back all these pictures, it makes me feel hungry again! The aroma can kill youuuuuu. I was trying hard to control myself not to eat it before taking photos. It looks tempting right. I tell you, the smell is really tempting. Feel like it is calling you : ‘ eat me eat me eat me~ ’ It is spicy btw

The greedy fat ass gonna start eating now. muahaha. Had a bloated dinner. Will come here again to try other dishes!

Jogoya buffet dinner in Relish Floor of Starhill Gallery, Kuala Lumpur. Always wanted to try it but think that is a bit too expensive for me. But Thanks to I LOVE DISCOUNT, I get a good deal from it. Here is my experience in dining there.

OH YEA THE FOOD IS SO GOOD

When I just entered the place, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staffs all the way to my table.Feel so good.

The whole interior design is made based on the 'flowing' concept and has a variety of dining area such as the disclosed area, semi-disclosed, private seats for couples and the VIP rooms. (taken from Jogoya Malaysia)

I like this concept. It makes me feel comfortable in it.

more than 200 dishes of different style like Chinese, Western, Japanese, Malaysian and a lot of other styles are available here. It definitely makes you satisfied

For people who like seafood, you must come to here. Eat all you can!

You will be given a few clips, and you can put the clip in the bowl in front of the stalls to order what you want to eat. Later they will serve it to your table, fresh and hot.

The steamboat. After choosing what you want, bring the little pot back to the table. There’s a small stove on the table.

Dang Dang Dang! Since is a Japanese buffet, then of course must must must try all the Sashimi!

I stayed here last month for Freedom Melaka . This is really a pleasant stay here.

oh yea the bed is huge , ikr. there are soft and hard pillows to choose.

There are 2 hours free Internet to use in the room using the cable.

Noob me dont know how to use safety box. I tried to figure out but fail. Kind soul out there enlighten me after using k

I think I am willing to pay for the room , just cause of this view. I feel so peaceful and relax after looking at it.

Anyway, the access card is too/not sensitive sometimes. I can’t get into my room after I come back from Satay Celup with Mike and Babyuko. Kind of frustrated. But it solved after I change a new card.

You may think of this place next time if want to find somewhere to stay in Melaka :)

Rak Thai, The Gardens

If you are thinking of what to eat in Gardens, I will recommend this place rather than fast food. Food is good, friendly waitress, dont need to wait long for food as well.

They sell various kinds of Thai products there. instant noodles, chilli sauce and so on.

Tom yum squid in coconut RM 16.50

I love the soup. not too spicy. The fragrance will stay in the mouth for quite some time. I cant stop drinking this. and and the SQUID. so chewable and fresh.

Hair colour sucks big time now. Curl all gone. I see exactly why I need another haircut now.

pineapple fried rice Rm 12.90

The usual pineapple fried rice. but it just tastes so good. The aroma keeps tempt me to eat it ALL.

water chestnut nangka desert 4.90

dont really like this cause I dont like nangka. but the red colour chestnut thingy very crunchy, so nice to chew.

It is easy to allocate. If you coming down from The Gardens escalator, walk straight and Rak Thai will be on your left.
